Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of Kinetic Ink Tattoo Company’s merchandise, you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the merchandise must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, including all original tags and packaging.
Please note that we do not accept returns for items that have been washed. If an item has been washed, it cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
